Our restaurant counts with the experienced kitchen service directed by Joan Brunet Dalfo with 45 years of experience managing the restaurant. Dalfo offers a wide variety of delicious and simple dishes based on the traditional cooking style of the Baix Emporda, with receipts that have been in the family during many years and have been updated to offer our guests one of the best “suquets” of the coast among other specialties.
One of the secrets of our restaurant is prioritize the quality of the food and use always local providers, with special attention to the seafood and fishes of the area.
We cannot forget the “paellas” that make us so successful in l’Estartit, the “Paella Can Dalfo” is one of the most sold dishes of the restaurant, being the star in the houses of people who decide to take it home.
Throughout the year we participate in several gastronomic events organized in l’Estartit such as: “Tastets de Mar: La Clova” y “La poma a la cuina” . Also, we are the only restaurant who has won two times the competition “El musclo d’or”, contest that selects the winner based on the votes of the people enjoying the food presented in it.
Moreover, we can offer special menus adapted to all type of groups: family parties, company meetings or any event one wishes to celebrate in our restaurant. For the guests of the hotel there is a special menu so they can enjoy some of the typical dishes of the area.
